Our Backup Methodology
We will pickup your latest backup media (Tape, CD, DVD or Removable Hard drive) at close of business and return any backup media that we currently have in storage as a result of a prior backup media pickup. This process is referred to as a backup exchange.
Our Backup Plans
Daily Backup Plan: Your company processes a very high volume of transactions a day and can only afford to lose transactions for one day, at the most. The Daily Backup plan entails daily backup exchanges. The Friday backup media will stay at the off-site location until the Monday. This option will cost R 1 500.00 per month.
Second Day Backup Plan: Your company processes a medium to high volume of transactions a day and can afford to lose transactions for two days, at the most. The Second Day Backup plan entails every other day backup exchanges. We will exchange backups on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Friday backup media will stay at the off-site location until the Monday. This option will cost R 900.00 per month.
Weekly Backup Plan: Your company processes a medium to low volume of transactions a day and can afford to lose transactions for a week, at the most. The Weekly Backup Plan entails weekly backup exchanges. We will exchange backups once a week, on any weekday of your choice. This option will cost R 600.00 per month.
Monthly Backup Plan: Your company processes a low volume of transactions a day and can afford to lose transactions for a month, at the most. The Monthly Backup Plan entails monthly backup exchanges. We will exchange backups once a month, on any weekday of your choice. This option will cost R 300.00 per month.
